ACCELERATE 2026: The Journey Has Begun… Have You Registered Yet?

“And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.” — 1 Kings 18:46

Shalom, Shalom!

Honestly… I don’t even know where to begin.

As I sat down to write this update, I found myself reflecting on everything that has happened since the launch of IGOC 2026 on 31st December 2025.

What a journey it has already been.

It almost feels impossible that we’re now counting down the weeks until we gather once again. Every update, every announcement, every new registration and every new partnership reminds me that something significant is taking place.

This year’s theme is ACCELERATE, and I genuinely believe we’re already seeing it unfold before our eyes.

Our anchor scripture is found in 1 Kings 18:46:

“And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.”

Elijah didn’t accelerate because he had a greater ability than everyone else.

He accelerated because the hand of God was upon him.

That is my prayer for every person attending IGOC this year, that God’s hand rests upon us, giving us divine speed, fresh wisdom and supernatural momentum for every assignment He has prepared.

Looking Back Before We Move Forward

One of the things I love about IGOC is that every year builds on the last.

Even now, many of the messages from IGOC 2025 continue to shape how I think, pray and approach life.

Dr Mensa Otabil reminded us that:

“Excellence is not perfection; excellence is stewardship.”

That statement challenged me deeply. It reminded me that God isn’t asking us to be perfect; He’s asking us to faithfully steward what He has placed in our hands.

He also encouraged us to continue adapting and growing because what worked yesterday may not be enough for tomorrow.

Samuel Patta challenged us in our prayer lives.

He encouraged us to be honest before God, especially in those moments when we’re overwhelmed, weary, or don’t even know what to pray.

Sometimes the most powerful prayer begins with simply saying,

“Lord… this is where I am.”

Bishop Tudor Bismark reminded us that teaching isn’t simply about giving information.

True teaching transforms us into the likeness of Christ.

Pastor Tobi Ashimolowo challenged us to embrace divine increase and refuse to remain limited by yesterday’s experiences.

He reminded us that drawing closer to God breaks every weight that prevents us from rising.

Pastor Dipo Oluyomi encouraged us to live as people who understand redemption and victory, walking confidently in everything Christ has accomplished for us.

And then there was Pastor Andy Yawson’s unforgettable question:

“If you give up on God… then what?”

Some questions don’t need long answers.

They simply stay with you.

These messages continue to bear fruit months later, and they have only increased my expectation for what God is preparing to do at IGOC 2026.

The Momentum Is Building

Since the launch, registrations have continued to grow.

Families are making plans.

Businesses are securing exhibition spaces.

Partners are joining the vision.

Volunteers are preparing.

Every week brings fresh excitement.

You can genuinely feel the momentum building.

What began as the announcement of another conference has become something much bigger.

There is a growing expectation that God is going to move powerfully this year.

More Than a Conference

One of the things I appreciate most about IGOC is that it has never been just about attending meetings.

It is about being equipped.

Every session is designed to help us grow spiritually while also giving us practical tools we can apply in our everyday lives.

Whether you’re building a business, leading a ministry, raising a family, developing your career or simply seeking God’s direction, IGOC has something for you.

This year’s programme reflects that more than ever.

Winning Conversations

I am especially looking forward to this year’s Winning Conversations.

These sessions go beyond inspiration.

They create space for honest discussions around topics that matter.

From entrepreneurship and leadership to women in business, starting and scaling businesses, personal growth and navigating life’s challenges, these conversations are designed to equip us with practical wisdom from people who have walked the journey themselves.

Sometimes one conversation can completely change your perspective.

Masterclasses That Equip

Alongside the main sessions are the Masterclasses, which continue to be one of my favourite parts of IGOC.

These aren’t simply presentations.

They’re opportunities to learn directly from experienced professionals, ask questions, gain practical insights and leave with strategies you can immediately apply.

Learning has always been at the heart of IGOC, and this year promises to be no different.

We’re privileged to have outstanding business leaders and industry experts, including Cosmas Maduka, Stanley Ugochukwu and Udo Okonjo, alongside an exceptional line-up of ministers and speakers who will be sharing throughout the conference.

Something for the Whole Family

Another reason I love IGOC is that it truly serves every generation.

The DAX for Teenagers programme continues to invest in the next generation, equipping young people with the confidence, skills and Kingdom values they need to thrive in today’s world.

At the same time, the Kids Zone provides a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for younger children, allowing parents to fully participate in the conference knowing their children are also being encouraged and cared for.

It really is a conference where the whole family can grow together.

Steps With Purpose

One initiative that has particularly inspired me this year has been Steps With Purpose.

Since April, thousands of people have been walking, jogging and moving together to raise funds for the Christ Compassion to the Rural World (CCRW) Medical Outreach.

The goal is ambitious, 500 million steps, but it’s about so much more than reaching a number.

It’s about transforming lives.

It’s about supporting local and global medical missions.

It’s about improving health while making a lasting impact in communities around the world.

Seeing families, individuals and groups participate together has been incredibly encouraging.

What a wonderful reminder that every step we take can make a difference.

Partnership Is Growing

Another exciting development has been the increasing number of organisations and businesses partnering with IGOC.

The exhibition spaces continue to grow, creating opportunities for businesses to showcase their products and services while connecting with delegates from across the world.

Every new partner strengthens the vision.

Every exhibitor enriches the experience.

Every registration adds to the momentum.

We’re building something together.

Even More Good News!

One announcement that brought a smile to many faces was the partnership with Air Peace, offering delegates travelling between Nigeria and London a 20% discount on flights.

It’s wonderful to see practical partnerships like these making it easier for more people to be part of IGOC 2026.

So… Have You Registered Yet?

As I write this, I honestly can’t believe how quickly the countdown is moving.

Before we know it, we’ll all be gathering together.

If you’ve been meaning to register…

This is your reminder.

If you’ve been thinking about partnering…

Now is the time.

If you’ve been planning to invite someone…

Don’t wait any longer.

The momentum is growing.

The excitement is real.

Most importantly, I believe God has something prepared for everyone who chooses to be there.

IGOC has always been more than an event.

It is a place where lives are transformed.

Where businesses are born.

Where ministries are strengthened.

Where families are encouraged.

Where lifelong friendships are formed.

Where purpose becomes clearer.

And where ordinary people experience the extraordinary hand of God.

As Elijah discovered, acceleration doesn’t come from striving harder.

It comes when the hand of the Lord is upon you.

My prayer is that this year’s IGOC will be a defining moment for everyone of us.

I cannot wait to see what God has in store.

I’ll see you at IGOC 2026.

Let’s accelerate, together.
