STEWARDS QUESTIONNAIRE

Dear KICC Steward,

KICC is working with the government to ensure the welfare, health and safety of all within our church family and the local communities. As such, in preparation for re-opening soon, we would advise each steward that intends to serve in any capacity in the worship services to read through, complete and sign this questionnaire. Please speak to a member of the Pastoral Team if you need clarity on any aspect of this form or if you are unsure about what to do.
